At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Night Coordinator. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The Night Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing the quality of nursing care for service users during night shifts, ensuring the service runs smoothly and efficiently. This will involve working closely with the operational management team and supporting the Nurses, Senior Nurses, and clinical teams across Cefn Carnau during the night shifts.

As a Night Coordinator, you will be a pivotal member of the team, providing guidance, supervision, and training to junior members of the team. You will also be responsible for identifying any night-time cost pressures and taking steps to minimize their impact on the budget.

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience as an RMN/RNLD, first-level nurse with evidence of professional development, relevant skills, and knowledge. You will also need to have awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political environment, as well as relevant clinical experience in a similar environment.
