As a Night Coordinator at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services during night shifts. With a focus on delivering high-quality nursing care, you will lead and manage a team of nurses to provide exceptional support to our service users.

With a strong background in nursing and leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical duties, providing guidance and supervision to junior team members, and identifying opportunities to improve our services.

As a Night Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our operational management team, working closely with our on-site staff coordinator to ensure adequate staffing and effective budget management.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a proven track record of leadership skills to join our team as a Night Coordinator. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and have a strong commitment to leadership, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage night shifts, ensuring high-quality nursing care is delivered
  • Coordinate clinical duties, including staff allocation and redeployment
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members
  • Identify opportunities to improve services and implement changes
  • Work closely with the on-site staff coordinator to ensure effective budget management
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience as an RMN/RNLD
  • First-level nurse with evidence of professional development and relevant skills
  • Awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political environment
  • Relevant clinical experience in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of leadership skills
