We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to lead our nursery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our children, while also supervising and motivating your team to achieve excellence.
About the Role:
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Develop and implement learning and teaching objectives to ensure all children have rich and stimulating experiences.
- Embody our values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork, and promote these values within your team.
- Work collaboratively with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
- Conduct regular team appraisals and ensure all record-keeping requirements are completed.
About You:
- Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in early years.
- Have proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
- Demonstrate leadership experience within Early Years.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
