Senior Early Years Educator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Early Years Educator to lead our nursery room and inspire our team to deliver high-quality education under the EYFS framework.
About the Role:
- Lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team to encourage a love of learning.
- Deliver care and supervise your team members, identifying areas of change and implementing learning and teaching objectives.
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences.
- Embody inclusivity to meet the individual needs of all those within your room.
- Conduct team appraisals and ensure all record-keeping requirements are regularly completed.
- Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
About You:
- Level 3 or above qualification in early years.
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
- Demonstrable leadership experience within Early Years.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
