We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced East Africa travel expert to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating bespoke itineraries for discerning travelers to East Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized travel plans for clients traveling to East Africa, including Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
- Collaborate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to create unique and memorable experiences for clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the best destinations, accommodations, and activities in East Africa.
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and tailor-make itineraries to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in East Africa to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales in the travel industry, with a focus on East Africa.
- Strong knowledge of East Africa's tourism industry, including destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
