The Role

We are seeking a Head of Commercial and Business Growth to join our senior management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a sustainable business growth strategy to maximise income while maintaining our mission to positively impact the lives of citizens and tourists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy to drive revenue growth and optimise income streams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business growth decisions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial leadership, driving growth across multi-channel commercial operations within a complex organisation.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and infrastructures to capture market insight and integrate qualitative and quantitative approaches to spot trends and optimise revenue.
  • Proven experience of procurement and third-party relationship management.
  • Effective prioritisation skills across multiple projects, agendas, partnerships, and timeframes.
