The Role

We are seeking a Head of Commercial and Business Growth to join our senior management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a sustainable business growth strategy to maximise income while maintaining our mission to positively impact the lives of citizens and tourists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy to drive revenue growth and optimise income streams.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of commercial operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and optimise procurement and third-party relationships to drive cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the commercial team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a commercial leader with a track record of driving growth and revenue in a complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms and infrastructures to capture market insight and drive revenue growth.
  • Proven experience of procurement and third-party relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
