Child Protection Support Manager

About the Role:
- We require a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in leading safeguarding efforts and responding to concerns.
- The successful candidate will be committed to promoting best practice in child protection and work collaboratively with colleagues, external agencies, and families to achieve outstanding outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage safeguarding and child protection concerns in accordance with statutory guidance and school policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, other schools, and community organizations.
- Monitor and report on safeguarding performance, ensuring that we maintain high standards in this critical area.
- Collaborate with staff to design and deliver effective safeguarding training programs.
- Advise and support students, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to grow and learn.
What You'll Need:
- Proven expertise in safeguarding and child protection, ideally within an educational context.
- A comprehensive understanding of safeguarding laws and regulations.
- Significant experience working with vulnerable populations, with a focus on supporting their safety and well-being.
