About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic assessment and care planning for patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote self-care and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. MSc, PGDip)
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
