Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the fenestration industry. Our client, a well-established manufacturer, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the North of UK.
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Trade Sales Manager to cover the North of UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the fenestration sector, with experience in glazing systems and the UK trade market. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching current opportunity areas, considering service, geography, value, and competition.
- Developing strategic sales plans to capitalize on opportunities, address weaknesses, and deliver growth in line with the company's long-range business plan.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, maximizing value from annual marketing spend.
- Introducing new products to existing customers and using them to attract new customers to the business.
- Meeting KPI targets.
- Taking an active role in implementing business improvements.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a background in the fenestration/window and door trade sector within the UK. You should also possess excellent planning and organizational skills, be sales and target driven, and have good attention to detail. A deep understanding of glazing system technical features and the UK trade market is essential. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
