Cultural Arts Administrator Needed

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cultural Arts Administrator.

Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Cultural Arts Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative correspondence with clients and partners, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, student inquiries, and class registrations.
  • Assist with invoicing, membership payments, and tracking attendance.
  • Handle administrative correspondence with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • PREFERRED: Experience in an administrative or office support role.
