**Job Title:** Regulatory Governance Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Governance Lead to join our team at Elysium Healthcare Limited. As an Audit & Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and driving best practices across Farmfield Hospital.

About the Role: In this key position, you will coordinate and implement quality aspects of governance and audit across the hospital. You will provide administrative support, develop systems, deliver training, and embed changes to ensure the site meets all regulatory, clinical, quality, and corporate requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC Regulations, NHSE Expectations, and other external regulatory bodies.
  • Developing and implementing quality systems and processes to drive best practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate improvements in clinical quality.
  • Providing assurance that corporate, regional, and local policies and procedures are in place and implemented.

You Will Need:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience working with complex databases and electronic patient records.
  • 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • An understanding of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare.
