The Emerald Group is seeking a Regulatory Governance Manager to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing regulatory and statutory actuarial processes, including IFRS 17 and SII TP. Your expertise in designing and implementing innovative solutions will be invaluable.

In this role, you will coordinate with finance teams, manage reporting and analytics, and contribute to the Reserving MI platform. Your strong understanding of commercial general insurance company market experience will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IFRS 17 and SII TP solutions for Syndicate, Group, and Entity reporting
  • Coordinate and deliver actuarial calculations during IFRS 17 and SII TP calculation processes
  • Manage actuarial aspects of reporting and analytics

Requirements:

  • Qualified Actuary (FIA, FFA or equivalent)
  • Numerate degree with a good overall grade
  • Experience managing a small team and prioritizing workloads
  • Expert regulatory knowledge and commercial general insurance company market experience

Estimated salary range: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, based in London.
