The role of an Automotive Sales Person at County Motor Works - Chelmsford presents a unique opportunity to develop skills and gain experience, enriching career prospects. With the potential to earn a basic salary of £16,000 – £60,000 OTE, plus bonus/commission, company car, 31 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays), and preferential rates for servicing, MOTs, and parts.

To achieve agreed performance targets and act as a brand ambassador, this Sales Associate will effectively deliver the Company's Guest Experience. Key responsibilities include selling vehicles and related products, upholding a high level of guest satisfaction, and maintaining quality brand standards of dress, attitude, guest care, honesty, and health and safety.

  • Comply with all FCA requirements and operate within legislative guidelines at all times.
  • Continually develop knowledge relating to market trends and products in a proactive manner and in line with appropriate internal and external training opportunities.
  • Complete Guest Experience Foundation training as part of a probationary period, achieving at least the company's minimum training pass standard.
  • Maintain quality brand standards of dress, attitude, guest care, honesty, and health and safety in order to portray a professional image to guests at all times.

This is a full-time position, with a day off in the week, including weekends on a rota basis.
