Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
