About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at The Arden Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Service Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional service to our guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Service Excellence: A passion for delivering exceptional service, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
