Water Sampling Specialist

RPS Group is seeking a skilled Water Sampling Specialist to join its waste-water network team in Belfast, UK. This 6-month fixed term contract offers an exciting opportunity for career development and progression.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience. Job DescriptionThis role involves collecting chemical and bacteriological water samples from service reservoirs, water treatment works, and consumer taps. Additional responsibilities include collection of water samples from wastewater treatment sites if required, on-site chlorine testing of water samples, temperature measurement of waste samples and all samples in transport, return of water samples to the NI Water labs within agreed timescales daily, delivery of samples between NI Water locations as and when required, completion of paperwork for quality assurance requirements, and being flexible and customer-focused.
