Nurse Specialist Recruitment Coordinator

Main Duties- To participate in the Tracheostomy Management Group, focusing on education, competency development, and implementation.
- To develop a high-quality education program for staff working on tracheostomy wards.
- To promote a culture of learning and staff development within practice areas.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in recruitment coordination and staff development.
Key Requirements: Registered Nurse or National Certification, ongoing professional development through NMC revalidation, mentorship qualification, post-graduate qualification, and recognized Masters-level study.
A competitive salary of £53,982 - £72,810 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, generous annual leave, and training opportunities.
