We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Executive to join our Complex and Catastrophic Injury Team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of defendant files, working closely with our Partner and other Fee Earners to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and handle a caseload of defendant files, including EL, PL, animal claims, property damage, household claims, RTAs, recoveries, and fatality claims.
- Carry out investigations and assist our Partner with direct client account management.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A law degree, LPC, or GDL, and a minimum of 12 months' experience in a complex injury claim handling role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- A high level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
