About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Executive to join our Complex and Catastrophic Injury Team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of defendant files, working closely with our Partner and other Fee Earners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and handle a caseload of defendant files, including EL, PL, animal claims, property damage, household claims, RTAs, recoveries, and fatality claims.
  • Carry out investigations and assist our Partner with direct client account management.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Completed a law degree, LPC, or GDL.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a complex injury claim handling role, handling a litigated defendant caseload.
