Nurse Leadership Role

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to work in a learning disability care home based in the Norfolk area. The successful candidate will be working for a leading healthcare provider, providing support for individuals with complex needs.
About the Role
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centered care to residents, respecting their dignity and promoting independence
- Accurately assessing the needs of residents and identifying priorities of care
- Administering medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company policy
- Ensuring resident care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Preferred skills and experience include:
- Proven experience working in a learning disability environment
- A proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centered care
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards
- Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent service
What We Offer
The successful Clinical Lead will receive a competitive salary of £23.70 per hour and an annual salary of £49,296. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week from 9am to 5pm.
