About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Conference and Banqueting team as a Casual Operations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and facilitating the running of banquets and events, ensuring that all areas are clean and hazard-free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and prepare event spaces, including tables, chairs, and linens
  • Coordinate with event planners and staff to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
