About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Operations Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a Banquet Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet and conference facilities, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the banquet and conference facilities, including setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage and train a team of staff to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all events are well-planned and executed.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that events are delivered within budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
