Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Galderma. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our Aesthetics portfolio across key accounts and new business within the Midlands region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, account development, penetration, and market share for our Aesthetics portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Aesthetics industry.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and sales and marketing leadership to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Implement effective education plans to enhance customer knowledge and adoption of our Aesthetics products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
  • Network with colleagues across the Aesthetics Business Unit to share best practices and drive innovation.

Requirements:
  • Degree-level education in a commercial field, such as business, economics, or administration.
  • Proven track record of growing business through winning new accounts and developing existing ones.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute hands-on training events compliantly and to a high quality.
  • Experience in the Aesthetics sector and/or Dermatology is desirable.
