Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide emotional and practical support to individuals, helping them to develop their independence and confidence.
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
