About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our children.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s development and progress towards key milestones.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring effective communication and partnership.
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere.

Your Qualifications and Experience
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
- Passion for creating engaging and educational experiences for young children.
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Effective communication skills and ability to use various techniques with children and adults.
- Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
