We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote child development and learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Promote child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
- Contribute to a positive and safe environment for children and colleagues.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
