Job Description:
Job Summary:
- Lead a team of HR & Payroll administrators in providing transactional HR support to c2000 employees globally.
- Manage people data, policies, and procedural changes, Reward, ED&I, and TUPE administration.
- Work with other departments to train and upskill them on HR best practice and encourage autonomy in delivering HR duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for the HRIS and people data.
- Accountability for 9 different internal payrolls.
- Design and deliver training to the wider business on HR best practice and processes.
- Redesign internal processes to create simpler and more efficient ways of working.
- Full accountability for HR compliance and GDPR processes.
- Support on internal and external audits, providing people data as and where needed.
- Deliver on a range of administrative HR duties for TUPE, Pension, Benefits, etc.
- Deliver a first-class customer service to employees.
