We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team at Reed. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in guiding informed decision-making and ensuring risks are identified and minimized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-house legal expertise to a regulated financial services organization.
  • Manage commercial contracts, litigation, compliance, employment, competition, IP, and brand law matters.
  • Oversee the management of external law firms.
  • Work with legal matters in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of in-house legal experience in a regulated financial services organization or equivalent experience in a large commercial law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and industry regulatory practice.
  • Ability to manage and train junior lawyers.
