As a Customer Acquisition and Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through effective communication, relationship-building, and sales techniques.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for utilizing leads from within the company to generate new business opportunities. Our Customer Acquisition and Retention Specialists work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in sales, customer service, and account management. You will also receive ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
