Sales and Experience Specialist

At Cozymeal, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Sales and Support Advisor to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading global marketplace featuring the best culinary experiences and products.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inbound and outbound sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with culinary partners and customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Continuously analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the culinary industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel, with experience with CRM software
