Senior Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Health and Safety Manager to join our Amazon TA team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to reduce risk and improve compliance across our operations.
- Collaborate with regional operations teams to execute company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Analyze safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with all applicable Amazon health and safety policies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure site leadership and associates are knowledgeable of their responsibilities under each policy.
- BSc in safety, ergonomics, or a related field required.
- Several years' experience in health and safety programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
