Health and Safety Professional

Allen & York (Built and Natural Environment) Ltd is delighted to be working with one of the South East's busiest airports as they seek a Health and Safety Advisor to join their established Health and Safety Team. This represents a unique opportunity to be involved in a diverse and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for Health and Safety across a part of the airport associated with the commercial aspects of the organisation.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the site to ensure compliance for the airport.
- Liaising with external authorities as required.
- Creating strong working relationships to ensure that safety remains a high priority.
This busy role will provide experience for any candidates wishing to broaden their horizons as airports provide some of the most stimulating and diverse environments to work and test your skills in. Candidates will need a positive and proactive attitude to face challenges head on.
Requirements:- Experience ideally in an FM or commercial property environment.
- A positive outlook to utilise your existing experience in a diverse and complex environment.
- Ability to be on site, most likely, a minimum of 5 days a week with occasional hybrid working.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
