About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our UKI Adaptive Planning Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing field-based demand generation campaigns to build awareness, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate opportunities to achieve ACV.

This is a 12-month contract, offering a competitive salary of £54,000 – £64,438 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Use data insights to inform decision-making and execute high-quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing events, digital, outbound sales, and social.
  3. Deliver marketing initiatives within budget, logistics, timelines, and vendor management.
  4. Track and report on performance of marketing activities against KPIs and ROI to maximise impact, engagement, and future planning.
  5. Collaborate with the partner and channel ecosystem, creating co-marketing programmes.
  6. Work closely with UK&I sales leaders and GTM teams, as well as EMEA and Global Marketing teams, to integrate and execute high-performing marketing programs.
  7. Communicate with the sales team on marketing activity.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  2. Objectivity and openness to others' views while building a positive team spirit.
  3. Experience in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce and Tableau.
