Industrial Reliability Specialist

AWE Plc is now seeking an Industrial Reliability Specialist to drive engineering solutions that maximize productivity, reliability, innovation, and quality across the business.
Job OverviewThis role offers a unique opportunity to deliver industrial reliability solutions in relation to defined requirements, spanning the full engineering lifecycle.
- Lead/participate in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systems
- Lead/participate in root cause analysis techniques
- Effectively manage stakeholders, engaging and influencing others to drive improvements across the function
- Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and business improvement
- Expand own engineering skills and experience relevant to the engineering domain
- Utilize KPIs to ensure work remains on track and performance is measured
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in some or all of the following:
- A recognized Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background
- The ability to solve a range of technical problems and make necessary decisions to rectify
- Ability to communicate and present reports with others on technical requirements and modifications
- Knowledge & experience of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems would be highly beneficial in order to support analysis activities
