AWE Plc is seeking an Electrical Engineer - Safety Specialist to join their Engineering Safety Organisation.
This role is responsible for reviewing legislative records pertaining to engineering safety, providing technical support in resolving complex and multifaceted issues across the business, and supporting the development and efficient operation of the Engineering Safety Organisation.
About the Role- Reviewing legislative records pertaining to engineering safety.
- Providing technical support in resolving complex and multifaceted issues across the business.
The successful candidate will have a recognised engineering/electrical-related qualification (Level 4/HNC/HND etc) or equivalent suitable experience, and a strong understanding of The Electricity at Work Regulations, BS 7671, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations and relevant British Standards and Industry Standards.
It would be desirable if you have experience of maintaining Electrical building services, Authorising Engineer / Authorised Person appointment and experience of working on large civil construction projects.
