At H9 Technical, we are seeking a talented HR Adviser to join our People Services team in Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the company's people-focused culture and contribute to its growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR advisory roles and a strong understanding of employment law and best practices. They will work closely with managers and employees to provide expert support, managing employee relations, advising on policies, and driving engagement initiatives.

  1. Advise managers and employees on HR matters including performance, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
  2. Support absence management, ensuring compliance with policies and the Equality Act.
  3. Develop HR systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  4. Contribute to projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational development.
  5. Assist in the creation and delivery of HR training and policy updates in line with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations, providing expert support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement HR systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational development, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in HR advisory roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex HR issues.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid working and opportunities for professional development.
