Key Responsibilities- Conduct Mental Health Act assessments to the highest standards, respecting confidentiality, choice, dignity, and privacy.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes in guidance and new ways of working.
- Complete legal and other relevant reports and documentation to organisational and nationally specified standards, ensuring data completeness.
- Passion for following professional standards and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Trained AMHP from a recognised Community Psychiatric Nurse, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology background, with a valid warrant to practice as an AMHP and maintenance of registration with the regulatory body.
- Membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme, with employer's contribution of up to 19.9%.
