Sales Graduate Executive

As a Sales Graduate Executive with BMS Performance, you will play a crucial role in expanding our clients' presence in the FMCG industry. With a strong focus on client relationships and sales strategy, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced business environment.
Based in the North of England, with a particular focus on the North West region, you will be responsible for meeting new business prospects, working with them to create long-term customers, and maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers. You will also work closely with the sales team to gather market trends and forge effective sales strategies.
This graduate-level role requires no previous experience, as you will receive full training and development opportunities to improve your market knowledge and sales skills. You will be expected to travel regularly to meet new people and build relationships, so a driving license and confidence in your abilities are essential.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 base salary, with the potential to earn up to £36,000 in OTE (On Target Earnings). Additionally, you will receive a company car allowance and fuel card, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and much more.
