Deputy Children's Residential Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Children's Residential Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each child's needs.
  • Act as a positive role model, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Oversee day-to-day management matters, ensuring the home operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a Residential Children's home.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare, or willingness to work towards it.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience with budgets and rotas.
  • Full driving licence.
