This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related subject to join our R&D team as an integral part of the product development process.
As a Graduate Development Technologist, you will work closely with our experienced team to create innovative food products that meet the needs of our customers and reflect their trends and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and produce new food products that can be mass-produced without compromising quality or taste.
- Support the R&D team at all stages, from concept to handover to the Process Team, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and meet customer needs.
- Conduct sensory analysis and provide feedback to improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related subject.
- Strong understanding of food safety processes and procedures, including HACCP.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to drive performance and encourage team members.
- Proficient IT skills in all applications.
- Strong organizational skills.
