About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at GCS Associates. As a Sales and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the sales and delivery of building materials and construction supplies to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales and delivery of building materials and construction supplies to customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Coordinate the delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Class 2 driving license
  • HIAB certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in a sales and logistics role, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
