About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Coventry and Kenilworth. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housework
  • Support clients to access the community and engage in activities
  • Prompt and administer medication as required
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license and use of a car
  • Experience in care is not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Proof of right-to-work in the United Kingdom
  • Reliability, flexibility, hard work, and honesty
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
  • Ability to work as part of a team
