Care Assistant-Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant-Driver to join our team at Silverberry Care. As a Care Assistant-Driver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional domiciliary care services to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and physical disabilities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in mental and physical activities.
- Conduct light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation tasks as needed.
- Report any significant changes in client health or circumstances to the Field Care Supervisor or Care Manager.
- Adhere to all Silverberry Care policies and procedures at all times.
- Self-motivated and well-organized individual with a caring and sensitive approach.
- Ability to use own initiative and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
