Job Summary:
Ringway Jacobs, in partnership with Essex County Council, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Highway Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our team to oversee the investigation and monitoring of streetworks, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of the traveling public.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the delivery of the Network Management Duty
* Assist in the operation of the Permit Scheme
* Work closely with senior officers to achieve our objectives
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance our operations

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power BI. You should also have GCSE grades A-C/9-4 in Maths and English. We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual who can apply their skills to drive strategic excellence. Additionally, you should be able to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including sick pay, life assurance, and access to a pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days extra leave and take advantage of discounts through our RJ Rewards app. Our Employee Assistance Programme is also available to support your well-being.
