Sales Office Manager Role

As a Sales Office Manager at Macfarlane Group, you will be responsible for leading the internal sales team at our regional distribution centre, ensuring sales activities are maximised to help the site exceed all sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the internal sales team, setting targets and objectives, and completing performance and development assessments.
  • Oversee all sales administration processing, ensuring timely and efficient completion using relevant systems.
  • Complete relevant reports to monitor sales input, invoicing, and margin, identifying and taking action as appropriate.
  • Directly handle customer queries and orders, maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge of all packaging solutions, imparting this knowledge with other colleagues.
Requirements:

We welcome applications from experienced internal sales office professionals with a proven track record of managing a small team in a fast-paced environment. You will bring genuine gravitas and leadership skills, along with first-class customer service and internal sales skills.
