We are partnering with a well-established care group, operating a 53-bedroom residential and dementia care home in Northamptonshire.

About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Head Chef to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Developing and implementing seasonal menus that showcase local produce and cater to diverse dietary needs
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction

Requirements
