About the Role

This full-time position offers the chance to work with children aged 5-11, providing specialist occupational therapy services that make a real difference to their lives. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To assess the needs of children with learning disabilities and develop tailored intervention plans to promote their independence and well-being.
  2. To work closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  3. To contribute to the development of our occupational therapy services, sharing your expertise and ideas to drive excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Children's Occupational Therapist, with a strong understanding of paediatric occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Experience in training carers and families, with a focus on empowering them to support children's development.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (available through Ackerman Pierce Ltd).
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.
