Sinclair-Strong Consultants Ltd is a leading provider of psychology-led services for adults with mental health needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Psychologist to join our team based at Kings Hill near Maidstone.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, the post-holder will provide clinical and administrative support to process referrals, compile risk summaries, conduct audits, and service evaluations. The successful candidate will also conduct direct assessments and psychological interventions under the supervision of an experienced Registered Psychologist.

Requirements

  • A first-class or Upper-second class degree in Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society
  • Relevant work experience with neurodivergent people with/without mental health conditions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A clean driving licence and use of own car
