Job Summary:
We're seeking a Strategic Business Partner - Special Projects to support our Finance Director and Chief Executive Officer on strategic projects. The successful candidate will provide financial analysis, business development, and project management expertise to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial modeling for new product developments, export growth plans, and new investments
- Support the Finance Director on minor ad hoc modeling projects
- Conduct reviews of potential new sectors/geographies for current core products and business
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to understand project needs and requirements
- Perform research to identify barriers and opportunities surrounding proposed plans
- Utilize data modeling practices to analyze findings and identify suggestions
- Assist in the execution of Continuous Improvement Projects, mapping processes, and identifying deficiencies for rectification
Requirements:
- Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification or equivalent
- Experience with entrepreneurial organizations in business planning and project management
- Track record in creating detailed business analysis and outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Assertive but flexible personality to meet changing team and business needs
- Strong team player with a track record of development/training and knowledge-sharing
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
